As an Assistant Operations Manager at Shane Co., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have the ultimate experience in our stores, while also being responsible for development of our office staff. This role serves both our customers and team members, and is a vital position in our stores! You will support sales, drive profits, and create unparalleled experiences, in addition to coaching our Customer Service Associates and helping to oversee our Jeweler’s workshop.
We are seeking dependable leaders who can connect quickly with others, developing strong relationships with guests and teammates. You’ll excel in this position if you possess strong communication skills and can motivate your team while being resourceful and proactive.
