The Oppportunity
People don't come to Shane Co. just to buy jewelry. They come because something in their life matters enough to mark it.
A proposal. An anniversary. A new child. A milestone they'll never forget.
They trust us to be part of those moments. We are more than a jeweler. We are their friend and jeweler.
And that's where you come in.
As a Jewelry Consultant, you'll listen, build relationships, learn what matters to each customer, and confidently guide them toward something they'll love and value for years to come.

a confident recommendation, communicate value, and ask for the business.
Our consultants can earn an individual performance bonus of $2,000–$50,000 annually on top of base
pay, plus a weekly team bonus of up to $150. Strong performance creates meaningful earning growth
over time, and the majority of our store leaders started in this role.

results, welcome feedback, and are always looking for ways to get better.
• If you've succeeded in consultative sales, you may already have what it takes to be exceptional
