The Digital Fulfillment Bench Jeweler will perform all requested and necessary work on jewelry to include setting, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, cleaning, and other work consistent with Shane Co standards of quality, service, and timeliness.   The salary range for this role is $25- $40 per hour. plus opportunities for bonus. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.

You will perform all requested and necessary work on jewelry to include setting, sizing, re-tipping, welding, soldering, polishing, engraving, cleaning, and other work consistent with Shane Co. standards of quality, service, and timeliness.    We are looking for bench jewelers who can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and results-based job environment while building and maintaining relationships and championing shane co. company culture and values. We are seeking a bench jeweler who leads by example in areas of personal character, values, commitment, organizational skills, and work habits. Successful candidates for this role must be friendly, respectful, and genuinely interested in the success of the shop and the store.    The salary range for this role is $28-$48/hr. plus opportunities for monthly bonuses.The pay range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in this local market in the state of California. Indidvidual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in other markets.

The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in providing superior customer service in a Shane Co. retail location while supporting top lines sales growth, driving bottom line profits, maintaining store facilities and inventory, and protecting all company assets. This role serves both our customers and our team as a member of store leadership.
