The Visual Merchandiser serves as a vital role in our Company responsible for upholding the Shane Co. brand and product presentation standards. The Visual Merchandiser is the eyes, ears, and voice of our customer within their store and with the home office as well. They are experts in understanding our customer segments and how product and shopping preferences in their store vary by customer type. The Visual Merchandiser is keenly aware of what key competitors are doing in their specific market and how Shane Co. can differentiate and maximize profitability through visual impact and shaping our distinct product offering.  

We are seeking proactive and goal-driven individuals who embrace challenges with confidence, strive for excellence, can take initiative, and want to be a part of a dynamic team.
